Company Certifications

HANAKOV, spol. s r.o is a holder of the internationally recognized certificate ISO 9001, which defines requirements on the quality management system. We have a certificate of quality system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009

We are also a holder of the EC certificate of the production quality management system EN1090-1:2009+A1:2011 certification attests the introduction of the quality system within the entire process of welding production.

Welding is done by a team of welders with state certificates in conformity with EN 287-1 and many years of experience.

Comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials are done by ČSN EN ISO 3834-2.

The high welding quality is further guaranteed by an independent accredited certification body providing for welding supervision to ensure the system and optimization of production quality. By request, we execute and certify:

• Visual check of the weld surface
• Non-destructive tests (RTG, UZV, magnetic)
• Pressure tests
• Certification of pressure vessels according to module G supervised by TÜV SÜD
• Certification of steel fire doors, single- and double-wing ones, solid and 1/3 glass

Quality Control

Our company is equipped with its own air conditioned measuring facility with 2 CNC 3D measuring machines. We check the parts not only during testing (homologation parts), but also the required parts from the batch within series production. 3D part measurement is done on the latest generation of CNC portal measuring devices with coordinate control (CMM) :

  Both machines are equipped with the software CAMIO. Machines are consist of bridge and movable quill, when the bridge traverses the granite tabletop. X and Y axes are driven and controlled DC motors with friction gears and control rods. The Y axis is driven by a steel band. Systems of movement Y and Z axes are made of ceramic tubes.

  The machines are equipped with Renishaw ruler with a resolution of 0.5 μ, which guarantee accurate determination of coordinates X, Y and Z touch with ± 2 ° C. All trolleys consist of a system of precise air bearings, which are hovering above the surface.

Checking tool

The vertical device ZOLLER VENTURION 600 / PILOT 3.0 is used for measuring and adjusting tools for CNC production away from the machine. The essence of the device is repeatedly prepare a tool so as to achieve the greatest possible accuracy and produced panel showed the required parameters of tolerance after machining by drawing or customer requirements.

The device is equipped with HEIDENHAIN tire BOSCH, THK leadership, Sony cameras and drives UHING.
